Hours & Policies

Thank you for choosing Holistic Health Massage! My goal is always to make sure that all of my clients expectations are met and in order to do that I would like to share some policies that will help ensure an optimum session and respect the next client's and the therapist's scheduled time.

Plan to spend the first few minutes having a conversation about the health intake form and your goals for the session. In general, arriving a few minutes early is a great way to enhance your experience by allowing your mind and body to relax into a more receiving state. Please note that I do lock my treatment room door while in a session for security. Please feel free to use the restroom located in the hallway, have a seat in the waiting area, take a deep breath and relax.

If you are running late, please call and I will do my best to accommodate you. If it is 10 minutes or more I will likely have to shorten your session that amount of time and the full price will be charged for the actual time scheduled. To be fair, should I ever find myself late or running behind I will compensate you with either additional time or a price adjustment. 

Cancellation Policy: 

I ask that you respectfully provide at least a 24 hour notice of cancellation. 608-317-2937

Recognizing that I do set aside the scheduled time just for you, have other clients to consider, and have to maintain smooth business operations, I charge half price for the first late canceled session and full price for any session after. Canceling an appointment with less than 24 hours notice where the intent is to use a gift certificate or when the client has a massage package, will result in forfeiture of that certificate or equivalent amount of the client's package. In the event of a no show/no call, you will also be required to provide a credit card to remain on file before scheduling further appointments. 

I understand that emergencies, sudden illnesses, weather conditions etc. occur and reserve the right to waive the fees of the cancellation policy at my discretion, so please call as soon as you can if you need to cancel for one of these reasons.
